IT Service Desk Closes Walk-Up Service, Continues Phone, Email, and Chat Support
Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, walk-up technology support at Snell Library on the Boston campus is temporarily suspended. The IT Service Desk continues to provide technology support to Northeastern faculty, students, and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, email, and chat.
